About the Dunlap Fund

One of our Associate Reformed Presbyterian denominational ministries is to care for orphaned or needy children. The Dunlap Orphanage operated from 1904-1978 in Tennessee. After it closed, the William H. Dunlap Orphanage, Inc. was established to continue supporting children in need.

The endowment from the former orphanage supplies funds for the Dunlap Board of Trustees to distribute grants to Christian children’s homes and for scholarships to Erskine College. In addition, there is a separate fund to assist ARP pastors and members in the process of adoption.

The Dunlap Fund provides two giving options for those whom the Lord prompts: giving to the Dunlap Fund Grants, which funds our grants to Christian children’s homes and Erskine scholarships, and to the Adoption Assistance Fund. Please prayerfully consider giving to one or both of these funds!

Make checks payable to the General Synod ARP Church.
Clearly designate on the check whether your gift is intended for the Dunlap Fund (or Dunlap Grants) or the Adoption Assistance Fund.
